"It’s been a month since I started working for this agency and I have no regrets. They are not selfish, they listen to your concerns about places you’ve been sent to work and take prompt action. Even when one of the homes didn’t approve my break, they paid for it. They even offer to cover cost of Uber fee for emergency shifts. If shifts have to be cancelled, they let you know on time. There is no fear of not getting other shifts because you couldn’t take one that wasn’t convenient for you. Payment is prompt as well. I do hope they keep this up!"
